Customers can leave feedback after each purchase. The more positive the experience, the faster you climb in rank.

Vendors can use a news system to keep buyers informed of the latest updates. Vendors can make announcements, such as coupons or other special promotions.

Referrals
Vendors and customers can generate referral links to invite potential customers. If a customer registers via the referral link, the referrer receives a commission from the first purchase.

Disputes
Vendors have 3 days to respond to disputes; otherwise, the money is automatically refunded to the buyer. In a dispute, a partial refund can be negotiated. If, for example, out of 100 accounts purchased, only 80 were valid, a refund could be agreed upon for the remaining 20% without waiting for an admin or moderator. If both parties cannot reach an agreement, a moderator can be automatically involved, saving time and avoiding lengthy waits for assistance.

Banners and Premium Products
Vendors can promote their products or profiles to ensure they appear at the top. Banners can be purchased to appear in the footer or on the homepage.
