Hello cardmakers! I hope you're all doing well.
I frequently get emails from you guys asking which BIN is best for a particular location. However, since I don't work internationally, I can't always recommend a BIN list.
For some location where I have workers of course I have a BIN list, but not for each and every country from the map.
You must realise that many carders are reluctant to share their meticulously compiled BIN lists, so you must also realise that you must use your own resources to locate the BINs that are reliable in your nation.
Real profit can't be made without investment!
So what you may do for get a solid BIN list?
First off, don't waste time asking other carders about it.
In order to win at carding, you must wager!
I advise you to locate a trustworthy vendor and purchase a mix bag of 100 dumps. Request from the vendor to give you as many different BIN's as possible! You must understand that a discounted base approval rate is very low, you don't have a BIN list and all you do in this step is research. If there will be a small profit at the end of the day, consider it as a bonus. Make sure you didn't buy dumps from discounted bases, otherwise it will be a waste of time.
We are now striving to obtain a BIN list, therefore we have to keep the loss as minimal as possible. Burning 100 plastic to emboss each dump is obviously not a good idea. So what should we do with the mix bag of dumps?
1. I advise you to group (arrange) the dumps you received in the mix bag according to BIN.
2. Select 1 dump from each BIN and encode it with an OLD (or pre-paid) plastic using the msr!
3. It is not a good idea to enter large stores with those plastics; instead, try them out in smaller establishments like small shops, parking ticket machines, movie theatre ticket machines, etc. Use the self-checkout lanes at these establishments to test the cards.
Once you discovered a card that indicated an unlocked BIN, save it!
At the end of the test, you will have few BIN's which are not regional locked in your location.
4.Go back home and build a BIN list with those BIN's which you find unlocked in your vicinity.
5.Check the dumps which didn't past the test in a fixed amount checker for same amount you tested in POS's.... and determine why it was rejected. If the checker indicates that it was approved, the dumps for those BINs are regionally locked and useless to you. But if the checker shows declined also, then you may pick other dump form same BIN and test again.Repeat the test till you are 100% the BIN is regional locked or not!
6. You can now attempt to recoup your investment since you only took one dump as a test from each BIN. You can encode the remaining BIN dumps that you determined are not region-locked in a new embossed plastic and enter larger stores. The products you can purchase with the remaining dumps will include
be your bonus, not profit. The "profit" is the BIN list you just obtained.
7. Don't just stick with your local BINs once you have a few non-regional ones that are locked into your area. What do I do? I order 40 dumps from my BIN list and 10 from new BINs that I haven't tried, if I ever buy 50 dumps.
I have a regional locked BIN list also,so when I buy new BIN's I make sure I didn't tried before and came locked.Sometime happen that the new BIN I toke as test is regional locked,to bad for me !
However, the BIN can occasionally turn out to be successful, in which case I would need to add a new BIN to my list. This action is required since utilising a BIN improperly will result in a regional lock! Therefore, if you only have a BIN and use it every day, you'll quickly discover that the dumps are no longer functional. Therefore, attempt to collect as many unique BINs as you can from various nations and banks! A strong BIN list will keep you in the game and will make it easy to always find dumps when you want to work.
