Others can also learn some advice, but it largely applies to the US.
What's to worry about cashing out your Dump and going to sleep soundly at night?
The most crucial question is: How are they attempting to locate us?
Since I'm sure everyone has their own techniques and strategies, we won't claim to be smarter than anyone else.
We will only discuss our strategies and used tactics, after which everyone will draw their own judgments.
I'll simply say that in the past three years of following our procedures, not a single one of our troops has been apprehended.
1. The quickest and most effective method.
We only utilise it for massive quantities of a particular material; sadly, the majority cannot afford the large capital investment needed.
Although not everyone can use this strategy, we have chosen to provide it for the big picture.
a team or a single person servicing motorcycles.
The amount we accomplished in half a day on the motorcycles was ten times more than what the same group could accomplish in three days with cars.
The key is that we don't even need to get off the bikes to drive up to the ATM.
There are countless black bikes and black helmets throughout the city.
Of course, the bikes lack licence plates and have no distinctive features.
For instance...
Our bikes all have toggle switches that can be used to turn off the back light.
If someone is following you at night, you can virtually instantly disappear.
We employ 2 groups with 3 bikes each over the day to give you a sense of what we do.
Only two of the bikes are making income, while the third one is just riding around.
If there is a threat along the road and COPS decide to stop one of the two bikes, the third bike will either speed up or make sudden manoeuvres (as it seems to COPS).
Naturally, COPS will ignore the other two bikes and concentrate all of their efforts on the one that is escaping (filled with money and cards).
We employ "turbo boosted HAYABUSA" motorcycles, but even if COPS manage to catch up, they can only issue a speeding ticket to the driver because they have no further evidence against him.
We always leave a car close to our workplace.
Simply stop by for a brief visit every now and again to drop off the cash and unused cards, and it's quite convenient.
This approach works well, but only in big cities. In addition, not everyone can drive a motorcycle, and let's not even get started on the cost.
2. Making use of a PICK UP TRUCK.
This technique's main appeal is that it makes it simple and, most crucially, lawful, to conceal licence plates.
US roads are clogged with trucks because they are so prevalent and accessible.
They are not particularly noticeable and are readily overlooked.
Right, then...
Everyone is aware that in the US, operating a vehicle without front licence plates is not a serious infraction, and COPS frequently ignore such violations.
But the rear licence plate is still there!
We open the trunk door and proceed to drive the vehicle.
In this instance, the licence plate is solely visible to other motorists and is not at all viewable to building-mounted cameras.
This speeds up your job and enables parking close to the ATM.
Plastic.
Never use white or simple plastic.
There are several reasons why it is unsafe.
It can be observed and understood by someone.
If police uncover it, they will immediately understand its purpose.
Most crucially, if an ATM keeps such a card and employees retrieve it at night, they will recognise it and be able to file a police report and submit it for testing that will expose your fingerprints.
Simply go to any food store and purchase some GIFT CARDS, like a Visa or a MasterCard.
These cards don't catch the eye of any bystanders, but if COPS find them, they will recognise them for what they are: gift cards. Most importantly, however,...
At least ten persons will touch the card as it is removed from the ATM (if the card was retained), holding it in their hands as they try to figure out what idiot wants to withdraw CASH from a gift card.
This card won't just be placed in a plastic bag to be examined, at least.
NEVER EVER WRITE ON A CARD!
COPS have recently received instruction on various indicators to look out for in the event that a credit card is detected.
So trust me when I say that they spend at least five minutes looking at each card.
And please let there not be a PIN on it.
Put labels on the cards or mark them, and keep the PINs apart.
ATM!!!
There are roughly ten different varieties.
Before beginning your work, study them.
90% of the time, a camera is hidden by a little mirror.
The piece of black plastic that you can see embedded into the panel near the pin pad or near the monitor is unmistakably a camera.
While you cannot escape it, you can easily mask it with a sticker or another object.
Cameras don't always record footage.
They don't start until you put your card in the ATM.
Additionally, they shoot 15 instead of 24 frames per second, which means that the image captured by the camera will be time-lapsed when reproduced.
And don't worry if your face appears in the picture.
Finding someone based solely on a photograph is impossible.
When the cardholder calls the bank and claims that money has been taken, the bank conducts an inquiry and reviews the footage from the camera.
Stupid Americans steal their own money in 50% of cases before claiming that it was stolen.
The bank then informs the Americans that there are cameras in the ATMs and that the cardholder withdrew the money themselves; if they carry on doing this, they risk going to jail.
No one will thus look for the face in the photograph.A different story, though, will emerge if your licence plates appear in the photograph.
The keeping of cards!
Never carry a pocket full of cards.
Take only the ones you will actually need, leaving the others in the car.
US COPS are legally permitted to search you on the street or for any minor traffic infraction.
They are unable to search your car, though.
In other words, if you were stopped and searched and nothing was discovered in your pockets, they might ask you to search your automobile.
You may confidently reply "NO"
They would require a warrant to search your automobile if you don't have any outstanding warrants and have nothing in your pockets.
And they need a good justification in order to obtain a warrant!
We experienced a situation where we were requested to search the car and then we were searched.
We objected! The arrogant COP then declared: "We will now ask the police department for a search warrant and search your automobile."
We kindly requested a seat in the car while nodding.
The COP informed us that he was dispatched to an urgent call after 20 minutes, put our paperwork in our car, and then drove away.
It is obvious that no one can issue a search warrant for him without a good basis.
Learn everything you can about the local laws before you begin your work.
Try to keep as few cards on your hands and all of your cards hidden.
However, the best thing to do if you are being stopped by COPS and have a few cards on hand is to throw them into the car door.
There is a gap between the glass and the metal when the window is open.
When you throw the cards there, they land right within the door.
The door would need to be disassembled in order to get them, and COPS wouldn't do so haphazardly.
Availability of communication!
Never carry your personal cell phone about with you as the operator will continually register it and trace your movements.
Use only brand-new phones that have been activated specifically for work for communication purposes, and only make calls to other phones for the same purpose.
Another illustration: Let's say you approach the ATM while holding your mobile phone, which only works with one operator (before, iPhone).
I assure you that anyone seeking for you can ask the operator of the phone for every phone number that was registered in this area at the time.
The list will undoubtedly be lengthy, but on the subsequent report that they will seek regarding a different location (where you withdrawn money from a different ATM), the exact same phone number – the phone number that was present in both locations at the required time – will be shown.
Work in a different state or city.
Never forget that any card will function better at home.
I am not even bringing up the significant issue of REGION BLOCKS.
And so …
The protection on UNUSUAL ACTIVITY kicks in immediately if the card is from one state and you start using it in another, and the bank will probably call the cardholder.
The card will last a lot longer if it is cashed in the same condition.
We have already established it.
Consider visiting there if you have a lot of material from one location; it might be worthwhile.
Yet another crucial detail.
The cardholder is automatically considered Suspect No. 1 by the bank when he or she phones to report that someone has stolen their money.
The PIN code is known solely to the owner because the bank doesn't comprehend how or who might know it.
The bank may comprehend, but it is simpler to kindly decline offering a refund to the cardholder owing to a lack of information confirming the owner's innocence.
It may sound absurd, but it's true.
The cardholder must demonstrate his innocence to the bank.
That is why It will be simpler for the owner to establish it wasn't him if you cash the card in another state.
If the bank is aware that the owner is innocent, they will begin looking for the guilty party.
And if you blasted a card in the location where the cardholder lived, it would be difficult to establish the cardholder's innocence, and as a result, no one would look for you.
And even then, it won't be anytime soon.
I believe that everyone is aware of how to determine the source of the card.
Take no notice of your surroundings.
Before beginning work, we always take a few days to explore the area.
Over the next few days, we sketch out the good, wealthy, and undesirable places.
We map out our trips in advance, keeping an eye on the number and timing of COPS patrolling the region as well as the placement of banks and standalone ATMs.
We learn the locations of the bars and clubs.
We need a large crowd in the evening when there are lots of people about.
We do not advise using ATMs located in unpopulated areas if you work at night.
Always keep in mind that a patrol car could arrive at any minute, and if you are the only person alive in their line of sight, you will immediately grab their notice.
Going to STRIP CLUBS is advised because you may check out the girls and the ATMs are reliable.
The withdrawal limit is larger than at bank ATMs, and if you withdraw money from four or more cards, people will notice.
That is a typical occurrence there.
