Part1.
1. Visit eBay.com.
2. Look up "Microsoft Products" online. (Let's say you went with a "gaming keyboard")
3. Choose any item priced under $150 and inform the seller that you are "ready to buy, but I want to know the PID number of the product to make sure that I am getting the right thing."
4. The seller will mail you your PID.
Part 2.
1. Speak with a Microsoft customer service agent online via chat
2. Visit support.microsoft.com to find the number since I don't have it by heart.
3. Inform them that you own the same gaming keyboard and that it is broken, some of the keys are not functional, and you have exhausted all troubleshooting options.
4. Then, suddenly, they will say, "It's okay, sir; we'll send you another!"
5.Your finished!
How it functions:
Since the cost of shipping will exceed the cost of the keyboard, they won't require you to send back the broken one when they send you a replacement. Therefore, that is the flaw.
Why spend $150?
As previously stated, if the replacement item costs more than $150, you will be required to return the damaged item when it is delivered, which appears to be the case with us.
Can I get arrested?
NO!. I have already ordered five of them and have already received three of them at my friend's home in the United States. It is done entirely legally.
